PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
With effect from 25.05.2018, all personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - the "GDPR Regulation").

The data owner is Ing. Jozef Valček-LINOVA, with its registered office at Krompašská 64, 040 11 Košice, IČO: 11 963 948 (hereinafter referred to as "Linova"), which processes personal data under the conditions set out below.

a) Purchase of goods through e-shop, delivery of goods, handling complaints and settlement of insurance events
Linova processes the following personal data of the customer for the purpose of purchasing goods through the e-shop and delivery of goods:

• DELIVERY ADDRESS,
• TELEPHONE NUMBER,
• DATA CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION,
• RELATIONSHIP REFERENCES (account number, amount paid, payout date on Linova's account),

• DATA FOR THE USE OF ADVERTISING,
• DATA ON ADVERTISED GOODS,
• INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE APPLICATION OF ADVERTISING,
• DATA FOR THE PURPOSE,
• DATA SHEET,
• DATA REPRESENTED BY CUSTOMERS FOR NOTIFICATION OF POST EVENT.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, in the case of the purchase of goods through the e-shop, the delivery of the goods to the customer and the settlement of insurance events, 6 ods. (1) (b) Regulations on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - the "GDPR Regulation") and, 6 ods. (1) c) GDPR regulations.
The processing of personal data by Linova is necessary for the purchase of goods through the e-shop, the delivery of the goods to the customer and the settlement of insurance events in order to fulfill the contract for the purchase of goods, respectively. insurance agreements, and in the case of complaints handling Linova's legal obligations.
The recipients of personal data are:
• Linova
• Courier or shipping company that provides the delivery of goods to the customer as another operator or intermediary:
• Slovak Post, a.s.
• Direct Parcel Distribution SK, s.r.o.
• service partners, suppliers, insurance companies, external legal representation, other consumer authorities, shipping companies in connection with claims handling and insured events as operators or intermediaries if this is necessary to meet Linova's statutory duty
• Financial Administration Authorities, Tax Advisor and Auditors as Operators or Intermediaries if this is necessary to meet Linova's statutory duty
Personal data are processed during the period of performance of the purchase contract and during the delivery of the warranty period for the delivered goods.
b) Registration and operation of the e-shop
Linova processes the following personal data for the registration and operation of the e-shop:
• Name,
• surname,
• TELEPHONE NUMBER,
• E-MAIL ADRESS,
• ADDRESS,
• HISTORY OF ORDERS.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR regulations. The processing of personal data by Linova is essential for registration in the e-shop and the operation of the e-shop.
c) Sending Emails (Newsletter)
In case you decide to send the sent Emails about our activities, news and special offers, we also collect data related to them. The only mandatory information is your email address, which we use to communicate with you.

d) Providing telephone and e-mail support to customers
Linova processes the following customer personal information for telephone and e-mail support:
• Name,
• surname,
• TELEPHONE NUMBER,
• E-MAIL ADDRESS, ADDRESS,
• HISTORY OF ORDERS.

e) Solving customer complaints
Linova processes the following personal data for the purpose of solving customer complaints:
• Name,

• DATA CONTAINED IN COMPLAINT AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, FROM WHICH THE CUSTOMER WAS SUBMITTED TO THEIR ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR regulations. The processing of personal data by Linova is essential to resolve the customer's complaint.
Personal data is processed for as long as the customer's complaint is resolved.
f) Enforcement of Linova's claims
Linova processes the following data for the purpose of claiming Linova:
• DATA SET OUT IN CUSTOMER CONTRACTS AND SUPPLIERS,
• DETAILS IN ADVERTISEMENTS,
• DATA REQUIRED BY THE COMPANY Linova,
• DATA LISTED IN THE FIELD AGAINST COMPANY Linova,
• DATA LISTED IN THE FACEBOOK RECORDS,
• DATA CONTAINED IN THE ACCOUNT,
• OTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED IN RELATION TO THE POSSIBILITY OF APPLICATION OF LICENSES OR LOSS OF LINOV's INTEREST.
The purpose of processing this personal data is the legitimate interest of the operator and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR regulations.
The processing of personal data by Linova is necessary for Linova's legitimate interests.
Linova's legitimate interest is to protect its assets as well as to protect against the unwarranted claims of Linova.
The following persons are the recipients of the personal data:
• courts
• public authorities,
• lawyers,
• tax advisors,
• other professional advisors as operators.
Personal data are processed during the course of the litigation and during the limitation period during which claims may be lodged against Linova or during which the company may assert its own claims.
g) Compliance with legal obligations of Linova
Linova processes the personal data listed in (a) to (h) for the purpose of complying with Linova's statutory obligations.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR Regulations (eg Accounting Act, Value Added Tax Act, Income Tax Act, Consumer Protection Act, Archives Act and Registrars Act).
The processing of personal data by Linova is indispensable for the fulfillment of legal obligations by Linova.
The following persons are the recipients of the personal data:
• tax advisors,
• auditors,
• Courts and public authorities as operators.
Personal data is processed for the time required by applicable law.
3. Rights of the person concerned
The person concerned has the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic if it considers that it is directly concerned with its rights established by the GDPR Regulation or the relevant legislation.
The person concerned has the right to request access to personal data, the repair of personal data, the deletion of personal data, the limitation of the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data and the right to object to the processing of personal data. These rights can be claimed by contacting Linova (contact details are written in point 1 of this document):
